I’m Seth Godin!
I couldn’t help but pay attention to this latest Seth Godin news on teleread. He talks about how Amazon can take over the eReader market and lists a few ideas:
- Just make a $49 version. Forget about everything else. Just make it 49 bucks..then start selling.
- Give the Kindle away as incentive. Buy 10 books, get a free Kindle ($49 one).
- Book of the month club…. Kindle style. (I think this one is genius and proven highly effective)
- Let content producers use Kindle as their medium of delivery to their “tribe”
Bottom line…Seth wants to see 20,000,000 of these babys sold and thinks that’s the way to do it. I couldn’t agree more.
