ZDNET’s Matt Miller just posted a first look blurb about the new device and says that
The contrast is better than the current Kindle DX and the blacks are deeper, but it appears the screen still isn’t the same as a printed book.

What’s the general consensus on DX Graphite?
Don’t get the new DX if you have the old one. BUT, do get the new DX if you’re looking for a great large-screen eReader.
